within business organizations. Having over fourty years experience in manufacturing and distribution, and related technology
and services businesses, we have served in senior-level business management and operations positions with significant
involvement in the application of technology to provide operational solutions. We have, and continue to specialize in
business and operations process improvement and the interfaces and support involving information technology with work activity
and inventory.
iSTEPS Consulting, LLC. has worked in functions involving product development, the design and implementation
of data structures to support MRP (including bills of material, routings, and associated costing) and implementation and
improvement project management. Having held positions of Special Projects Developer; Chief Information Officer;
Division Vice President for technology research, development, and production; and Founder and President of an ERP
solutions company, We are in a somewhat unique position of not only providing a solution, but to fit that solution to the broader
company objectives and needs.
iSTEPS Consulting, LLC.'s consulting experience includes work with heavy equipment, electronic control systems,
and food and process manufacturing for Engineer-to-Order, Make-to-Order, Assemble-to-Order and Make-to-Stock environments
where we provided advisory services, task support, and conducted education on production and inventory management and
the systems of MRP, MRP II, and ERP as well as process improvement and managerial accounting.
